Design Packages
Are you looking to re-style a room in your home and need someone to point you in the right direction? Or maybe you’re planning to renovate your kitchen or bathroom? I have a variety of design packages to suit everyone. If you have any questions, you’re not sure which package suits you, or think you need something more bespoke, please get in touch to discuss your project.
1. DIY Design Pack
Looking for some direction to help you freshen up a room or your whole home? I’ll create a design concept for each of your spaces, and you take it from there. If you’re on a tight budget, this is the package for you.
What’s included:
An online consultation to discuss your vision. I’ll ask you to send me floor plans, photos, your inspiration, and complete a short questionnaire ahead of this meeting, so I can come prepared.
I’ll create digital design concept for each space - this will be your personalised design guidebook.
Concepts will include basic things like wall colour, flooring, furniture and décor.
Then it’s over to you to source items and redesign your space when you’re ready.
Single room: from $400
Open plan living / dining: from $650
2. Interior Design Package
Want to give a room or your whole home a makeover? I’ll create concepts, layouts and detailed schedules, plus source furniture and basic décor for you (including trade discounts).
What’s included:
An on-site consultation to view your spaces and discuss your vision and scope. Ahead of this meeting I’ll ask you to send me floor plans, photos, your inspiration, and complete a short questionnaire, so I can come prepared.
I’ll create two mood boards for each space and discuss them with you online and get your feedback.
Once we’ve decided on the direction, I’ll create a digital concept for each space.
These concepts will include things like colour selections, materials and finishes, floor and wall coverings, recommended furniture and basic decor.
All elements presented in a detailed schedule so you can see exactly what I’ve selected for your space.
Two rounds of revisions.
I’ll work with my suppliers to purchase furniture on your behalf and coordinate deliveries and any after-sales support.
You’ll have access to exclusive trade discounts of up-to 40% off at leading furniture and decor suppliers.
What’s not included:
Kitchen or bathroom design - see separate Kitchen and Bathroom Design package
Joinery design or any changes to the existing floor plan – can be priced separately on request
Detailed floor plans, elevations or 3D renders
Single room: from $1200
Open plan living / dining: from $1700
3. Kitchen and Bathroom Design
Are you planning to renovate your kitchen or bathroom, or your whole home? Kitchens are the heart of your home and I can help you create the space of your dreams. In this package, I’ll provide you with everything in my Interior Design Package, plus design the layout of your space and all the joinery. You’ll also receive detailed design documentation that you can take to your builder and trades to complete the renovation.
What’s included:
Everything in the Interior Design Package.
More detail in your schedules to include appliances, fixtures and all the finishes for your joinery.
Detailed documentation for your builder including floor plans, elevations and basic 3D renders.
Once I’ve completed all documentation, you can take it to your builder and trades to complete the renovation, then come back to me when you’re ready to order your furniture.
What’s not included:
Project management for your renovation
Detailed 3D modelling – but I can source it for you via trusted suppliers
Bathroom: $2900
